Excellent English cello bow from the 1980's

Finest dar-brown pernambuco was selected for this fine cello bow, which was probably made in England in the 1980s. The cello bow is persuasive with its good strong and highly reactive octagonal stick and the attractive aesthetic of its finely carved head. Aficionados who see the genuine silver-mounted ebony frog with its large mother-of-pearl eye will appreciate the exceptional standard of this bow, which produces a very bright, precise, clear and warm sound. The balance point is perceived as being in the lower half near the frog and is measured at 24.8 cm of the total length of 71.3 cm. Our luthiers have thoroughly set up this fine cello bow bow and rendered it ready to play. We highly recommend it.
