Attractive French 3/4 violin built around 1930 in Mirecourt. The 3/4 violin bears a typical Mirecourt label from the Laberte family workshops. The top is in two parts and made of regular medium grained spruce. The two piece back is very mildly flamed. The violin has a particularly beautiful, luminous and transparent varnish of a very appealing golden brown color. The violin was traded in by one of our satisfied young customers and is offered undamaged, fully worked over and ready to play immediately. The bright, warm sound is clear with a slightly sweet character.
