French violin bow - very good playing properties!

Charles Nicolas Bazin established the Bazin workshop in Mirecourt in 1869. Always following the principles of Tourte, Bazins workmanship was of high precision and quality. Today bows of the Bazin's and the atelier led by the Bazin grandchildren in the 20th century are highly demanded by musicians worldwide. This well-balanced 58.5 g French violin bow probably comes from the Bazin workshop, which was run by Bazin's grandchildren in the 20th century, or from the JTL workshop, and lives up to the great name with a successful result of careful material selection and good craftsmanship. The strong round pernambuco stick has a pleasant elasticity, a high, grippy tension and good strength. The felt center of gravity of the violin bow is located in the upper half in the middle, the bow is well balanced and handy. It produces a large, warm, radiant sound.
