This German violin bow with a Roger Breton stamp was made in approximately 1970 and is a well-crafted violin bow made in a German workshop. The round stick of quality light brown pernambuco is of moderate thickness and very elastic; the ebony frog with its nickel-silver mounting features a luminescent pink-white slide and a Parisian eye. The ideal weight distribution was especially well executed with a balance point that feels very central: it measures at 27.2 cm of the overall 74.1 cm in length. Weighing 59 g, the violin bow lets you play with vigour and creates a well-rounded sound that is rich in volume, deep and mature.
