Fine master violin, a Markneukirchen masterpiece with a beautiful orange-brown oil varnish. The experienced hand of a master can be seen in this extraordinarily beautiful German master violin, which was crafted in the 1930's in Markneukirchen. The mild arches of the body feature handsome, soft fluting on the top and back, and the interior also reflects the outstanding craftsmanship of the instrument. A rich, luminous and highly transparent orange-brown oil varnish with slight craquellation complements the broad flames of the two-piece maple back and ribs. Delicately executed purfling sets the premium tone woods in an excellent light. This undamaged violin is ready to play after having been thoroughly worked over by the specialists at our atelier and develops a mature, bright and radiant soloist sound.
