Beautifully preserved French violin from the 1930s with label “Carcassonne”

A lovely, resonant French violin from the 1930s, this high-quality instrument was handcrafted in Mirecourt and is highly distinctive. It is a very good and extremely carefully made string instrument that follows a personal interpretation of the model, with a flat arch, wide corners and finely rounded edges. The dark red-brown varnish is a testament to intensive playing and gives the large violin its special, noble character. The crack-free French violin was set up in our violin making workshop and is offered in playing condition. Its sound is clear, mature, large and warm, dark and sweet in character, very well balanced across the registers and the four strings, ringing and rich in overtones in the upper ranges. Like all our string instruments and bows, it comes with free shipping, a 30-day money-back guarantee and an unlimited trade-in guarantee.
