A beautiful and exceptionally good sounding German violin; a well-preserved instrument, handcrafted in a German factory around 1970, probably in the Bubenreuth area, in the style of a Mittenwald violin.

  • 4/4 violin built in the 1970s in Germany
  • top made of medium grained spruce
  • two-piece back made of mildly flamed maple with a slightly rising flaming
  • red-brown, discreetly antiqued varnish with a delicate craquelle and numerous traces of playing
  • worked up by the violin maker and ready to play
  • very good condition without cracks or repairs
  • warm, voluminous sound with resonance and character
