This French 1/2 cello was built in Mirecourt. It is a typical unlabeled instrument made in the respected Mirecourt ateliers of Jérôme Thibouville-Lamy (J.T.L.). With its outstanding craftsmanship, easy playability and elegarefind sound,, this antique 1/2 cello ranks amongst the rare antique instruments for young musicians. The expressive scroll and luminously transparent, light-brown varnish reflect the flawless quality of JTL instruments.
