This highly attractive antique French 3/4 violin dating to around 1880 has a warm, powerful, clear and resonant sound. The 3/4 violin, which bears a "Stradivarius" model label was made by the renowned Jerôme Thibouville-Lamy and shows the typical features of their premium models: the two piece top is made of medium to wide grained spruce, the two-piece back of beautifully flamed maple.
