Johann Reiter, Mittenwald: 3/4 violin of fine quality
This Mittenwald 3/4 violin by Johann Reiter is one of the very much sought-after antique small-sized Mittenwald instruments, which are well-known for their good tonal qualities and are rarely available for purchase. This good small sized Mittenwald violin was handmade in the 1960's from the precious tonewoods of the Karwendel Alpine region, shining through a typically thinly applied, luminous golden-brown varnish with characteristical traces of use. The 3/4 violin has developed a sound full of character which is not too loud and suitable for straightforward, semi-talented players. A difficult to find premium quality violin suitable for soloists and young talents, restored and set up by our luthiers, offered crackfree in perfect playing condition. Like all our instruments and bows, this includes our trade-in guarantee.
