French violin bows are sought after for their good playing and sound characteristics. This old French violin bow is a good handmade piece of work by AryFrance, made in the second half of the 20th century. The round stick made of pernambuco wood is of medium thickness and has its broadly distributed center of gravity in the middle, slightly towards the upper half of the stick and measured at 25.7 cm of the total length of 74.5 cm. With its very good weight distribution, the perfectly preserved Ary France violin bow has the best playing characteristics, it plays easily and reacts instantly, and produces a bright, precise and radiant sound. This violin bow is therefore ideally suited to dull or mellow sounding violins. The bow frog is mounted with attractive nickel silver parts. The finely crafted head shows individual style. This beautiful, typically French Ary France violin bow is in excellent condition and, like all our violin bows, is of course ready to play. Includes Corilon's trade-in guarantee and an optional certificate of appraisal.
