An outstanding German violin bow with powerful playing characteristics and a warm, big sound. This violin bow is a beautiful and powerful sounding piece of craftsmanship from Germany, made around 1950. The sturdy stick was made of good quality tropical wood, probably pernambuco, with a round cross-section and is fitted with high-quality fittings that are very motivating to play: the hand-crafted ebony frog is nickel-mounted and decorated with mother-of-pearl eyes, the slide with green-gold mother-of-pearl; with a little leg in a riding position. With a length of around 74 cm, the perceived center of gravity of the violin bow, which weighs around 62 g, is in the middle of the upper half. This handmade German violin bow demonstrates its excellent sound and playing characteristics with a large, warm and bright sound. Like all our instruments and violin bows, it comes with free shipping, a 30-day return policy and Corilon's trade-in guarantee.
