Lightweight, very handy and versatile German violin bow. The violin bow was probably made in Markneukirchen in the first half of the20th century. It is a fine piece of work after Morizot with a light, firm, elastic stick and excellent balance. With its warm and bright, precise sound, it has the best characteristics for demanding violin playing. The round stick made of orange-brown pernambuco is of medium thickness, and thanks to its good material properties and excellent workmanship, this violin bow plays very easily. The center of gravity is in the middle and the weight distribution feels centered. This handmade, German quality violin bow is nickel mounted and fitted with an ebony frog with Parisian eye.
