Antique Markneukirchen master violin with restorations, c.1780

The classy, antique appearance of this extensively restored 18th century Saxon master violin which was made around 1780 in Markneukirchen is mainly caused by the expression of the unique model, the rich and shiny golden-brown varnish and the beautiful tonewoods. The luminous varnish emphases the fine texture of the marvelous tonewoods. The top is made of fine grained spruce, the two back is made of exquisite sycamore maple. This fine quality 18th century Markneukirchen master violin has numerous restoration and is therefore offered at a highly reduced price. The violin features a sound that is mature, yet bright, crystal, brilliant and open - rich in overtones,  of power and with proper assertiveness.
