A truly beautiful old violin, an antique stringed instrument with a bright tone is this gorgeous German Stradivari copy which was made in Markneukirchen around 1880 and convincing both by its exceptional beauty and its fantastically good sound in the price range. The aesthetics of the golden-brown shimmering varnish that bears many scratches and signs of use are of rarely found quality. The good technical condition of the violin, which comes from the estate of a Leipzig professional concert master, despite some dents and scuffs, extensive traces of playing and some discolorings, testifies to the esteem in which this special violin was held. This German handmade violin unfolds its warm, mellow sound, radiant in the trebles, unimpressed by the traces of its long musical existence, warm and with volume, yet precise and full of character. Our luthier has thoroughly checked it, so that we recommend this instrument without any restrictions and especially to good players. Like all our violins and violin bows, shipping is free, with a 30-day return policy and optional certificate.
