Master violin stamped I * G * F, made for the house Jaecklin in Zurich. This beautiful Saxonian master violin stamped was made around 1900 in Klingental by an unknown but experienced and talented master. A wonderful professional violin with medium high arching, probably built in the style of a Johann Gottlob Ficker model and finely crafted in the typical Saxon style. The top is made of medium grained spruce, the beautiful one-piece back of flamed maple. The wonderful, very subtle patina of the golden brown varnish is a testimony to the long history of this antique instrument. This antique Saxonian master violin has no damage or repair. Some traces of playing and a few minor scratches discreetly underline the antique appearance of this beautiful violin. With an optional certificate and Corilon's general trade-in guarantee.
