This attractive 1960/1970's Markneukirchen violin is an extraordinary instrument with high potential, especially suitable for advanced players. With its highly transparent orange-brown varnish applied and playfully accentuated corners, this beautiful old German violin from Saxony appears very dignified and sophisticated. The beautiful arching on the lively flamed two-piece maple back is made close to the Italian original. Even though this German Markneukirchen violin was made around 50 years ago, it is well preserved - there are only very few traces of use and signs of the inevitable aging process visible and no cracks or repairs. The spruce of the top and the neat workmanship indicate the refined taste and profound skills of the maker. This fully handmade German Markneukirchen violin features beautiful sound qualities; it responds immediately and produces warm, matured, balanced and resonant tones full of character.
