Old German violin made in 1911 in the best Saxon craftsmanship by Joseph Altrichter in Frankfurt / Oder. This handsome violin of the premium serioes comes from the hand of a luthier who carefully crafted the flat arching of the instrument. The rounded edges and neat purfling match well with the flamed one-piece maple back. Inside the handmade violin, which is undamaged but with playing marks and has been completely professionally refurbished, is Joseph Altrichter's original label.
