The lightweight, octagonal, highly elastic and highly active stick of good strength is crafted of exquisite red-brown pernambuco and has a fine ebony frog with silver fittings, a mother-of-pearl eye and a white-green colored mother-of-pearl slide. The delicately crafted head and frog show exquisitely mastery. This fine Richard Weichold violin bow is perfectly balanced, it has its balance point well-centered and is an extremely agile violin bow suitable for virtuoso play that features a bright, warm, sweet sound.
