Powerful Roderich Paesold violin bow in master quality that produces a strong, large sound and works with most violins and players. This recommendable silver mounted violin bow, a fine copy of a Eugene Sartory violin bow, was handcrafted in the 1980's by Roderich Paesold in the long-established Roderich Paesold family workshops, that were founded in 1848. The dark-brown colored stick is made of pernambuco wood and bears the faded "Roderich Paesold" stamp over the frog that was used for premium bows only. A nice and strong, powerful player with both  tense but a strong enough stick, a balance that feels notably lightweight in the hand and which is strong yet somewhat forgiving at play. The silver mounted ebony frog is decorated with a Parisian eye and a white-green-rose shimmering mother of pearl slide. The balance point that is sensed central, slightly inclined towards the lower half of the stick and offering forgiving playing qualities.
